Don’t remember what route this was, but it was a 5.10b I think. And it was down in Muir Valley.

I think this is ‘Annie the Annihilator,’ a 10c or something. I only remember because I took my first lead fall on this route. I hate Annie. biXch!

By the way, I am pretty sure this is the Indy wall

Right U R. It is “Annie the Annihilator” (5.10c) located at the Indy Wall. The first route bolted in MV. It’s a short, fun and deceptively sweet route. Clipping that 3rd bolt hanger, not to mention the chain anchors, can get interesting.

A lot of climbers thought that at 40 feet, this route is just “a warm up” or a climb to cap off the day .

yeah, i remember reading in the guidebook that this is a warm-up route. that did not help my fragile ego
