It is actually very restrictive who can climb there. Students, staff, and a handfull of people in the community who they offer memberships to. Maybe in the future it will be more inclusive.

But in the meantime, I can….whoohoo! Much to Sandra’s envy.

While your having coffee or maybe even some “tea and crumpets” with “the Guvnor” you mind mentioning that UIC need a tuition decrease not a rate hike.
