nice pic! It’s cool how the dude on the ice is not underexposed with so much snow/ice in the frame

I’ve always wanted to try ice climbing…..maybe I will take a trip with the VE day trips

cloudy days are nice like that. that and learning how your camera’s meter works/behaves and how to compensate for it.

re: cloudy days, its nice if you aren’t shooting upwards or get any sky in the photo. with a wide-angle lens, though, its pretty difficult to avoid having a blown out sky (ie. check out the other ice photos).
