Approximate Rating with the use of the left wall: 5.10 Approximate Rating with no help from the left wall: 5.12

Sent by Dave (first try), Demetrius (couple of tries), and me (er…several tries) on Sunday evening. Don’t think anyone used the wall, fun route.

How did you guys get to that fourth hold without using the left wall? I thought it was freakin’ hard! Fingers in t-nut holes don’t count…

Ahh crap, i did stick my index finger in one or two of the bolt holes. I’ll be in tonight for another go. Demetrius and Dan didn’t stick their fingers in the t-nut holes though.

I can see Demetrius doing it. He has really really long arms, and that would enable him to get his feet higher than most people.The higher the feet the better chance you have to pull off the dyno above. I have pretty long arms, But they weren’t long enough to lift my feet to peak of the pink superman hold. So I had to lunge from the pocket inthe center of the hold about 8” lower—that’s the move that I thought was 5.12.

I don’tthink Dan has ape arms. So I need to see him do it.
