Hey, Sandra and I just climbed “Queen Line” on TR at LVAC this Wednesday and also took some pics. Check it out if u r going to be climbin at LVAC Thursday. This route is innovative, fun and different (somewhat similar to the “Secret Forest” route set by Keith).

Conversely, the route setter, must have set a record for the fastest route setting in history. There’s but one purple double start tape…that’s it!

You got the wall’s natural features for your hands and “any feet”—genius! And so Sandy…he he he.

So is Queen Line the same as Keith’s King Line minus the bouldery traverse start?

Check out pic of LPAC/EAC/LVAC staff posted by Lace as reference. I believe, she works the LVAC wall on Sundays (may want to double check with Lace on that).

Have not tried “King Line.” For now, I’ll leave this route for climbers such as you, Andy, Frank, Cheryl, Tracey and Sandra. Keith did show me the initial “bouldery traverse” starting somewhere in Rope 2, traversing through the cave…....then pain quickly ensues, then lots more pain, some crying…....a bit of Mad Hatter’s disease…....

Safe to say, QL not same as KL (and I am not being sexist here).

ya right. i was there when Keith and Andy were working on the boulder problem and I couldn’t even get my butt off the ground to start.

looks like my baby (aka this site) needs more beautifying tonight. so no R&R for me…next week perhaps – still not the end of Feb yet, so my pass is good. hehe
