A black lab was swept away by a small avalanche while accompanying his owner on a ski trip. Fortunately, Lizzie survived on her own and showed up a week later with only minor scratches. It’s always nice to have a happy ending. :-)

Black labs must be tough dogs!
There is another story with a happy ending about a black lab who accidentally leaped over the side of a parking garage railing and survived after falling over 60 feet!
