I wouldn’t support this. Not without further information. I think it’s just buyer beware when it comes to dogs. What standards is this guy holding a breeder to? “I will only recommend the best breeders” is total BS, how do you know what a “best breeder” is? How do I know they’re not paying you off? Is he a dog professional?
