depending on where in chicago… Stacy Hawk offers agility at Best Friends on North and Elston or you could drive out towards O’Hare and check out For Your Canine (www.foryourk9.com). they have agility, rally-o, competitive obedience, off-leash class, and many more.

i play clicker games in the house. 101 things to with a box is fun and never ending. right now i’m teaching Kayla to fetch the remote and get my keys. we also work on some of our comp. obedience. bailey is working on his contact behaviors.

K-9 Playtime in Mundelein offers agility. There is also Candy’s Canines in Antioch that offers agility. They are a NADAC agility group so the equipment may be different than what you’ll see in AKC. Specificly there is no teeter or pause table in NADAC. The dogwalk and A-frame are lower and covered with rubber. NADAC focuses a lot on distance work, where USDAA, AKC, and CPE focus more on handler skill and technique. The websites for both are:

A lot of doggie daycares have open playgroup too I think. The Barking Lot is a good one to call on that.

I am at a facility on the north side of Chicago- We have time every night when you can bring your dog in for playtime. You bring your dog in (around 6pm or whenever), and I will bring out either my dog, or some friendly boarding dogs we have, and they can play, the floor of the large room is rubber, so it’s great. We also do agility lessons and daycare.

Fee for playtimes, yes, but you can come for a week for free. We also do Doggie day Care, which is especially good if owner is at work long hours or wants the dog out of the house. We even have dogs that come 7 days a week, and they are treated like our own pets.
