For all you one-arm climbers out there I found out that Mr. Umlaut himself, Eric Hörst, has a few things to say about it. A nice training site too. I got his book Flash Training before I even knew what climbing was all about (thanks sis). There are some good ideas in there. I’ve tried his one-arm traverse. Smiley isn’t full of it after all.
