I asked Moosejaw to do me a favor and bring in some LaSportiva Solutions (aggressive bouldering shoes) in sizes close to what I wear. They did. Unfortunately they don’t fit my foot (the heel cup is a little wider than my heel). So the shoes are still sitting there for anyone who might be interested. I recommend the brand and the shoe. They are velcro. They seem pretty comfy. The toe is nicely hooked. The rubber is as good as FiveTens (IMHO). The look is a bit bright and flashy, but the motif (Alaskan native totemistic) is kind of a cool homage.
