Due to problems with hotmail email filtering, some emails sent to hotmail.com and live.com addresses will be erroneously placed in the 'Junk' folder, 'Trash' or, at times, not received at all. We have contacted MSN, and are working with them to resolve the problem.

In the meantime, we recommend using a different email address (free accounts are available from Gmail and Yahoo).

If you do decide to use a hotmail.com or live.com address, please check the folders mentioned above for any missing email. You might also wish to add largesquare.com to your list of safe senders using the following instructions:

• Open Options in the main view of your hotmail/ live.com email account.
• In the Junk e-mail section, click the Safe and blocked senders link.
• Click Safe senders.
• Type '@largesquare.com' in the field labeled 'Sender or domain to mark as safe' and click the Add to list >> button.
